Nuvola and Springer-Miller roll out communication tool

US: The Henderson Beach Resort in Florida has partnered with Nuvola and Springer-Miller Systems to launch the providers’ latest integrated communications tool.

With Nuvola’s focus on guest engagement and Springer-Miller’s background in property management systems, the two combined have created a communications tool for staff to manage daily tasks.

The latest health and safety protocols, as well as services and modified amenities, can now be communicated in real-time. Guest questions or service requests can be directed to team members via text from their mobile device.

Nuvola’s Guest Chat and Concierge platform allows staff at the resort to keep up-to-date with work tasks and guest requests. Management also have access to an accurate overview of workflow.
