Bookboost offers digital communication resources for free

Sweden: Bookboost, a guest messaging technology platform for the hospitality market, offers its web messenger and unified inbox to hotels for a free three month period.

Hotels can use Bookboost to:

  • Manage all enquiries and be service-ready 24/7
  • Assign tasks to the most relevant available person or hotel department
  • Personalise messages to each guest 
  • Set up automated responses to FAQs with preset answers

The platform integrates messages from various communication channels such as the hotel website, email, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, etc., into a unified inbox for one or multiple properties.

Bookboost will also be running a free training course through weekly 20 minute webinar sessions on guest communications and digital guest services to help prepare hotels for the return of demand.
