ALICE launches eBook on contactless hotel operations

US: ALICE has revealed a complimentary eBook to address COVID-19 response protocols, particularly focussing on technology and contactless service.

The eBook serves as an actionable guide to hoteliers and operators on how to deliver contactless hospitality with a lean workforce.

Areas covered include contactless communications and service, as well as addressing key roles such as the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.
