Somerset Hills Hotel appoints sales and marketing director

US: The Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in New Jersey has appointed Ashley Jacobs as its area director of sales and marketing.

Jacobs will focus on account development, brand awareness and driving overall success and growth of the 118-room boutique hotel. 

She comes to the role with nearly a decade of hospitality leadership experience. Prior to joining Somerset Hills Hotel, Jacobs served as area general manager of Interstate Hotels & Resorts in Tampa, Florida.

“I am thrilled to bring my energy, enthusiasm and industry knowledge to the newly renovated local hotspot,” said Ashley. “Somerset Hills Hotel has a timeless story, and I look forward to bringing fresh ideas to the sales division that will truly move the needle for the property.”

Somerset Hills Hotel will reopen its doors in spring 2020, following a $22 million renovation. Its popular TAP restaurant and bar, a chef-driven European gastropub, offers guests and locals a selection of curated cocktails and 20 craft beers.
