Rosewood Hotel Group appoints chief brand officer

Hong Kong: Joanna Gunn has been appointed as the chief brand officer of Rosewood Hotel Group to support its expansion and presence in global luxury hospitality.

Gunn will oversee the marketing direction for the groups three brands: Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New World Hotels & Resorts, and KHOS.

Previously, Gunn was chief brand officer for Lane Crawford. Here, she played key role in building the brand across marketing and communication channels, launching six stores in Hong Kong and Greater China, and being a strategic lead in creating China’s first omni-channel luxury fashion destination.

Sonia Cheng, chief executive officer of Rosewood Hotel Group, said: “Joanna has an extraordinary wealth of experience in the luxury industry and we are very fortunate to have her join the Rosewood team. Joanna’s experience in building global luxury brands will be invaluable to the group’s growing worldwide presence.”
