Brad Berry has been appointed as vice president of global residential development. He joins the group with more than 20 years of experience in both branded and non-branded residential real estate.

He most recently served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of PortLiving Real Estate in Vancouver, a residential property and lifestyle development firm. Prior to this, Berry held vice president positions at Four Seasons Hotels Resorts, Kingdom Hotel Investments, and Intrawest Corporation.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Brad to our leadership team,” said Sonia Cheng, chief executive officer of Rosewood Hotel Group. “His breadth of experience in branded residential real estate will be a valuable addition to lead our team in this segment. With a significant number of projects in our development pipeline that include a residential component, I know Brad’s contributions and guidance will play a pivotal role in the successes of Rosewood’s real estate endeavours.”

Alexander Dadak has been promoted to vice president of development for Europe, and will be responsible for building relationships with hotel real estate investors and expanding the group’s portfolio. He joined Rosewood in 2018.

Deborah Kelly has been prompted to vice president of talent and culture for Asia Pacific. Since joining in 2019 Kelly has focused on the digital transformation of talent and culture systems, policies, and processes.

SiuYin Ko has been promoted to vice president of global sales. She will lead the sales organisation for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New World Hotels & Resorts, and KHOS hotels. Since joining in 2017, Ko has focused on establishing partnerships and elevating branded awareness globally.

“Alexander, Deborah and SiuYin’s dedication, drive and exceptional contributions have proven them invaluable members to the Rosewood team,” added Cheng, “together enhancing the group’s reputation around the globe. We are delighted to honour them for their achievements and look forward to the continued success of the Group under their respective leadership.”
