UK: Rocco Forte Hotels has announced the launch of its Rocco Forte Friends rewards scheme, with guests able to take part in bespoke itineraries and exclusive events.

By offering a more activity-focused roster of rewards and reiterating the properties’ emphasis on luxury, Rocco Forte hopes to distinguish itself from other reward programmes.

Offerings will be tailored to the various Rocce Forte Hotel locations, taking advantage of local culture, sights and landscapes. For example, while the Company’s Italian hotels offer private culinary programmes with Michelin-starred chef, Fulvio Pierangelini, in London and St Petersburg, experiences centre around arts and culture.

At a certain level, members will be offered high-end unique experiences, tailored for them. This can include designer shopping experiences in Mayfair, unique commercial offers and preferred rates with VistaJet.

Other offerings include enhancements such as early check-in and late check-out, special in-room amenities and discounts on products. Furthermore, members will have access to a part of the Rocco Forte website where they can record preferences and personal wishes.

Phillip Haller, VP of Marketing said: “Rocco Forte Friends is a recognition program with a difference, adding value and unexpected surprises to the world of quality travel and recognizing people with strong personalities who know how seamless and exciting a true Rocco Forte Hotel stay can be.”

Rocco Forte’s Edinburgh offering, The Balmoral, was recently given a five-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide, the first Scottish property with such acclaim. The brand has also risen on other rankings, being one of the tracked brands for Luxury Travel Intelligence’s 2020 best brands list.
