AUS: Langham Hospitality Group has announced it will manage its third luxury hotel in Australia, along with 170 serviced apartments.
The Langham, Gold Coast will feature 169 rooms and suites on the beachfront in Surfers Paradise.
The building will be developed by AW Holding Group, with DBI Design the appointed architects. Design firm Studio Aria will work on the interiors, inspired by the coast and nearby national parks.
Rooms will range from the deluxe room to the Presidential suite. All 18 suites will feature 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean.
Several F&B outlets include a casual grab-and-go café, a lobby lounge, a pool bar, and sky terrace and bar.
T’ang Court, the hotel’s signature Cantonese restaurant, will feature two private dinning rooms. Its main area seats 90 guests.
Other amenities include the Chuan Spa and a 700 square-metre ballroom with additional meeting rooms.

The Jewel Residences by The Langham feature private balconies across one, two, three and four bedroom apartments.
All guests staying at the residences have full access to the hotel’s facilities.
The hotel will be position between the third and 20th floors of the building, with the residences occupying the 22nd to 49th floors.
