UK: The 57-key independent luxury hotel will be the first London hotel designed by Martin Brudnizki, the architect and designer behind private club Annabel’s also located in the city.

Guest rooms include one penthouse and nine suites, with many rooms offering private balconies. Food and beverage will be operated in partnership with Jamie Poulton and Ed Baines, founders of Randall and Aubin.

The hotel will feature an authentic Italian restaurant with a street level terrace. On the upper floor, a rooftop cocktail bar will offer casual dining and drinking.

Brudnizki described the hotel as “your eccentric godmother’s Soho townhouse” and is taking inspiration for the property’s interior from Soho’s history and the area’s creativity.

Planning permission for the hotel was granted in 2017. The external of the building was designed by Reardon Smith Architects in securing the planning permission, and the implementation on site is being undertaken by ICA.
