UK: ICMI is to operate the renovated B-listed Ury House in north-eastern Scotland when it opens a boutique hotel and spa.

ICMI, which also operates tennis star Andy Murray's Cromlix Hotel, Inverlochy Castle, Greywalls and Crossbasket, will open the property in 2020.

The hotel will be part of a Jack Nicklaus golf complex, and will be managed by ICMI on behalf of developer FM group.

Speaking to the Aberdeen Evening Express, Norbert Lieder, managing director of ICMI, said: "Our intention is to develop a location for people who live on the estate, golfers, the local community and visitors from around the world. As well as individually designed bedrooms and suites, there will be a clubhouse, restaurant and conference centre. I believe there is a real need for a resort of this quality in the north east."
