Netherlands: Luxury Boutique Hotel TwentySeven set to open this month

Celebrated hotelier Eric Toren is opening a new luxury boutique hotel in Amsterdam

The hotel is located in the historic Royal Industrial Club on Dam Square in the center of the city. The lavish and surreal interior design of the hotel has been managed by award-winning Dutch designers Wim van de Oudeweetering and Cris van Amsterdam. TwentySeven will house Bougainville, a restaurant by master chef Pascal Jalhay.

Toren brings a wealth of luxury hotel experience to the table in this new venture. He has won multiple awards for his work in hospitality. These include European hotelier of the year 2014 and European general manager of the year 2015. His former hotel The Toren was named best hotel in The Netherlands by TripAdvisor for the past six consecutive years and has won numerous awards, including Best Boutique Hotel in Europe by Boutique Hotel Awards 2014.

Toren said: "TwentySeven is so much more than just a hotel. We are creating a dream environment. No expense has been spared. Not only is every detail the best in luxury, but also all details are unique, details that no other hotel has. This is why TwentySeven is the biggest talk of the town and the country. The word is spreading quickly throughout Europe and soon the world."

The hotel will open at the end of October.
