UK: Graham + Sibbald has brought to market the four-star Gil Dun Guest House, on 9 Spence Street, with a guide price of £950,000.

The Gil Dun Guest House features eight bedrooms, a dining room, off-street parking and a private rear garden.

It’s housed in a Victorian semi-detached villa just over one mile from Edinburgh city centre.

The property is being sold by Davie and Gerard McDonald, who have owned and operated the business for over 20 years.

Alistair Letham, hotel and leisure consultant with Graham + Sibbald, said: “The availability of the Gil Dun Guest House is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a truly quality guest house business in a close to city centre location. The business currently trades profitably on a seven month annual trading; by choice of the owners; and therefore, has great potential to grow the business operating on a full 12-month opening, for which there is the demand.”

Graham + Sibbald has around 200 employees and 24 partners working across its 16 UK offices in Scotland and England.
