Vietnam: Azerai Ke Ga Bay, a 46-key resort in south east Vietnam on Ke Ga Island, marks the third property and first beach resort in the Azerai Resorts’ portfolio.

The resort officially opened on November 15 and succeeds Princess D’Annam Resort & Spa on the same site.

10 units at the resort come with plunge pools or larger private pools. Regular guest rooms flank two square pools, and an additional oceanfront pool and free-form pool surrounded by tropical gardens comprise the full pool offering.

The Azerai Spa features 10 treatment rooms (six single and four double), as well as hydrotherapy facilities, lounges and day beds, a beauty studio, a jacuzzi, and a gym.

Dining and lounging options include The Terrace, The Dining Room and The Living Room with both indoor and outdoor seating. Cuisine is sourced fresh from the sea.

Also on-site is a boutique store offering a range of local handmade products, as well as sport and fashion apparel; a children’s centre with childminding services; and a meeting from for corporate events and functions.

Azerai founder Adrian Zecha said: “Azerai Ke Ga Bay offers much that travellers would look for in a secluded beach resort — panoramic ocean views, lush ginger gardens with tropical trees and flowers, and a location that’s close enough to be easily accessible but far enough away to offer real privacy and escape.”

Azerai Ke Ga Bay follows Azerai La Residence, Hue, a historic city resort overlooking the Perfume River in Vietnam’s former imperial capital, and Azerai Can Tho, a peaceful retreat set on an islet in the Mekong Delta.
