US: Alila set to expand in Asia during 2018

Alila Hotels and Resorts have announced that they will open five new hotels in Asia during 2018.

The brand's planned destinations include Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Jakarta, Bali and Cambodia. Each destination will provide bespoke journeys and private spaces that celebrate local culture and the unique history of the regions.

Alila Koggala, Sri Lanka is situated by the Koggala Lake, which offers the natural environment of a lakeside resort, while also being just a 5-minute drive away from the ocean.

Alila Villas Koh Russey, Cambodia will feature a beachfront grill and refined dining restaurant as well as a signature Spa Alila, full-equipped fitness center and yoga studio, inclusive of complimentary yoga classes.

Alila SCBD in Jakarta will aim at being a metropolitan haven. SCBD will feature design architecture, chic pads, world-class restaurants, creative meeting and entertainment spaces in the heart of the city's most dynamic retail and business district.

Alila Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur will offer 126 guestrooms that capture sweeping views of the Kuala Lumpur and Bangsar's glistening skyline and an award-winning spa offering a wide selection of specialty treatments inspired by Southeast Asian principles of healing and relaxation.

The Cliff, Uluwatu, Bali will be situated at its own secluded site within the grounds of the Alila Villas Uluwatu resort. The Cliff will offer the privacy of a self-contained enclave right on a cliff's edge overlooking the Indian Ocean.
