Russia: Boutique hotel Akvarel Stoleshnikov has reopened its doors following an extensive redesign

Akvarel Stoleshnikov boutique hotel has reopened following an extensive redesign and rebranding.

The hotel was founded in 2010 and is located in the center of Moscow, near to the Red Square and Kremlin, GUM and Bolshoi Theatre.

The property now features 24 standard and superior rooms with a new conceptual design and furniture. The facilities also include a wine room and a lobby bar with a summer terrace. The hotel will host a collection of artwork by local and international artists, curated by Carré d'Artistes gallery specialists.

The hotel's general director Olga Bilyukova said: "We got inspired by the bursting energy of Moscow with its world famous cultural and historical heritage, urban vibes and vivid nightlife. Simultaneously, Akvarel Stoleshnikov is a perfect place to relax and recharge in the atmosphere of modern sophisticated luxury, before or after meeting the city. Together with Rocklin branding agency we introduced Akvarel Stoleshnikov as hidden gem of Moscow, a secret place to stay. Indeed, the modern and secluded hotel comes as an oasis of comfort and peace in a 12-million city."
