Ireland: Adare Manor relaunches after renovation

Adare Manor reopened today following an extensive 21 month restoration, renovation and expansion.

The property is situated on a 842-acre estate surrounded by medieval ruins, walled gardens and woodland paths. New features include a new 42-bedroom wing, expansive ballroom, La Mer spa, Tom Fazio designed championship golf course, and a gastronomy program.

The hotel will offer a number of grand spaces suited for weddings and other large events. The Grand Ballroom caters to groups of up to 350 guests, with a grand staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows.The Oak Room will feature a restored oak-panelled dining room overlooking the River Maigue.
