Palm Hills Developments completes two hotels on Egypt’s North Coast

Egypt: The construction of two hotels, in Hacienda White and Hacienda Bay, have been overseen by Palm Hills Development (PHD) at a total cost of 300 million Egyptian pounds.

Mazeej Hotel in Hacienda White was developed in partnership with G'nK Hospitality. It features 34 bedrooms spread over 10,000 square metres.

The destination offers beach side lagoons, a club house, and is adjacent to the II Corte Mall.

Le Sidi Boutique Hotel & Restaurant in Hacienda Bay spans 20,000 square metres, and is a joint venture with The Lemon Tree & Co.

It includes an 18-hole golf course by Sanford Golf Designs, sports facilities, fully-serviced beaches and pools, and a spa and gym.

Chairman of PHD, Yasseen Mansour, said that the company's vision "has always been aligned with the efforts of the Egyptian government to improve infrastructure and facilitate tourism in all parts of the country."

So far, Palm Hills Development has completed 29 real estate projects across Greater Cairo, the Mediterranean, and the Red Sea.
