25hours Hotel Company appoints director of hotel operations

Germany: 25hours Hotel Company has named Bart Felix as director of operations.

Felix will be responsible for the operative business of the 25hours Group's 13 hotels, where his role will involve the development of strategies and standards for existing and new hotels worldwide.

After various positions in the Intercontinental and Hilton Hotel Group, Felix most recently spent six years as managing partner at tellerrand-consulting GmbH, where he oversaw HR development, and finance and business strategy and development.

"I am looking forward to this new challenge at 25hours Hotels. With this young and dynamic hotel brand, I can ideally combine my structural knowledge with my innovative and emotional gastronomic expertise and advance them together with my colleagues," Felix remarked.

Managing director, Michael End, added: "We have gained an experienced colleague in Bart who is constantly on the looking for ways to improve the product and guest experience."

The 25hours Hotel company was founded in 2005 by Stephan Gerhard, Ardi Goldman, Christoph Hoffmann and Kai Hollman.

Future openings include 25hours Hotel Florence; 25hours Hotel Dubai in 2020; and 25hours Hotel Copenhagen in 2021.
