Grantley Hall to open this weekend

UK: Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire is set to open on July 6 after a three-year renovation.

Owned by Valeria Sykes and led by general manager Andrew McPherson, the Grade-II listed Palladian mansion house, a member of Relais & Châteaux, has 47 bedrooms and suites, a Shaun Rankin-helmed fine-dining restaurant, a Pan-Asian bar and restaurant called EightyEight and an all-day dining restaurant, Fletchers.

There is also be a drawing room serving afternoon tea and a champagne and cocktail bar.

Other features include a selection of art from local artists, a spa and gym.

McPherson said: "We cannot wait to welcome our first guests to Grantley Hall on July 6th, marking this new and exciting chapter for this historic property. I'm so incredibly proud to be part of such a special project, working closely with Valeria and the Sykes family and the team to deliver a truly exceptional hotel experience in this magnificent part of the UK."
