The Spires acquires No.10 Cardiff hotel for £2.15m

UK: Green Duck Hotels Limited has sold the No. 10 Cardiff hotel in the centre of the Welsh capital to serviced apartments provider The Spires for a guide price of £2.15m.

The 21-bedroom boutique hotel backs on to Bute Park and is located only half a mile from Cardiff Castle. The property also includes a restaurant with 30 covers, bar and a function suite.

James Greenslade, associate director in the hotels team at Savills, said: "No. 10 Cardiff has built up an excellent reputation as a quality boutique hotel with an excellent food and drink offering. We are pleased to have secured new owners for the property for the next chapter of its life."
