O’Shea named Burnham Beeches GM ahead of Laura Ashley rebrand

UK: Quinton O’Shea has been named as general manager of Burnham Beeches Hotel as the property prepares to join the Laura Ashley Hotel collection.

O'Shea has accumulated two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, working around the world in countries such as South Africa, Ireland and the UK.

Before joining Burnham Beeches, he was the GM of luxury boutique hotel Solent Forts and the five-star Chateau Rhianfa in North Wales.

O'Shea has also worked for globally renowned hotels, including Ramada, Millennium Copthorne and IHG, in general manager and operations manager positions.

He said: "I am delighted and very privileged to have joined the Burnham Beeches Hotel team at such an exciting time as we approach the hotel's highly anticipated rebranding as a Laura Ashley Hotel. I'm looking forward to sharing my passion and experience with the team and to start this new adventure together."

Burnham Beeches Hotel, based in South Buckinghamshire, recently revealed a first look at its new Laura Ashley designed bedrooms, as it starts to rebrand as a Laura Ashley Hotel.

The four-star 82-bedroom hotel is currently undergoing significant renovations and is scheduled to become the third hotel in the Laura Ashley Hotels portfolio later this year.

The Laura Ashley Hotel portfolio, includes Laura Ashley Hotel The Belsfield, Windermere, and will soon feature Laura Ashley Hotel The Iliffe in Coventry, currently under the name of The Chace Hotel.

The first Laura Ashley The Tea Room in the south of England opened at Burnham Beeches Hotel in August 2018.
