MGallery Hotel to recruit 150 employees from Hong Kong in July

Hong Kong: The Silveri Hong Kong – MGallery has revealed plans recruit 150 employees from Hong Kong and overseas in July, before the MGallery Hotel opens at the end of 2019.

In keeping with the fundamental ethos of the brand and creating a passionate and highly engaged service culture, the boutique hotel aims to recruit a young and dynamic international workforce who also embrace diversity. Personality and individuality, as portrayed on the recruitment poster below, are key elements MGallery is looking for in candidates.

Nicholas Cullum, cluster general manager for The Silveri Hong Kong - MGallery & Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, said: "Our hotel will be bold and distinctively different, and we are looking for individuals who are equally independent and unique to join our team.

"Welcoming others, giving recognition, drawing on their differences and valuing them - these principles are rooted in our DNA," he added.

Cullum said the ideal candidate would be creative, ambitious and bold while having confidence in their ability to contribute to MGallery Hotel's team.

A recruitment open day is scheduled for next month and MGallery will provide interactive and dynamic training to recruits such as continuous improvement, results-oriented training and career and personal development programmes.

The site of Accor's MGallery Hotel will be located in the Tung Chung district of Lantau Island, as part of the Citygate project. With more than 4,800 properties across the world, Accor emphasises strong global career progression opportunities to all employees.
