Poland: Vienna House has revealed plans to open a hotel in the centre of Wroclaw during Q1 2022.

The new hotel, the brand's seventh in Poland, will be positioned as part of the Vienna House Easy brand aimed at business travellers.

The new hotel will be part of a redesigned building complex which surrounds a historically listed bakery. Vienna House Easy Wroclaw will feature a restaurant, lobby and bar, modern fitness facilities and spacious conference area.

"Wroclaw is an exciting, growing market, and the location in the city centre, near the botanical garden, is ideal. The combination of the casual, service-oriented Vienna House Easy and the lively student concept fits very well together and will develop into a fresh, lively meeting place," said Rupert Simoner, CEO of Vienna House.

The hotel will be operated by Vienna House under a lease agreement from ST Wroclaw Sienkiewicza Sp. z o.o., which offers student accoommodation under the BaseCamp brand in Poland, Denmark and Germany.

Vienna House Easy Wroclaw will feature 236 double rooms and four suites.
