UK: The Langley, a new hotel in Buckinghamshire, will open on June 1st following a six-year renovation.

The former hunting lodge of the third Duke of Marlborough has undergone multi-million pound transformation into a new hotel, spa, restaurant and gym. It will be a member of Marriott's Luxury Collection portfolio.

The hotel will feature 41 bedrooms situated between the former hunting lodge and the adjacent Grade-II listed 18th century Brew House.

The house will also be home to the Duke of Marlborough suite, a three-bedroom space with views of the lake and set around an octagonal central room.

The Langley Spa will feature vitality pools, hammams, a juniper-wood sauna, steam rooms and indoor swimming pool.

The gym has been developed in partnership with Matt Roberts and will offer health diagnostics as well as custom-made equipment.

Food and beverage areas comprise seasonal restaurant Cedar, the Drawing Room which will host afternoon tea and the Churchill Bar.

The Winter Garden, added to the main house in 1894, has been restored to offer a space for weddings and events, alongside six other venues for meetings and events.

The team at The Langley is being led by hotel manager David Harris.
