The Berkeley Hotel partners with The Know

UK: The Berkeley Hotel in London has joined forces with The Know to receive customer feedback from experienced travellers.

Located between Knightsbridge and Belgravia, the five-star Berkeley is a star property to Claridge's and The Connaught. It is the home of the fashionistas' Prêt-à-Portea - a creative take on afternoon tea - as well as the Blue Bar and The Berkeley Health Club & Spa with rooftop pool.

Multi-night, extensive reviews are conducted by an invitation-only members' club of "Knowers" who are individually vetted and incentivised through reimbursements and loyalty points.
