UK: Recent data released by Guestline reports that the company is thriving on an international level, as it is currently growing revenues across 25 countries.

In 2018, the company signed up over 350 more hotels, representing 27,000 rooms, to its cloud-based and award-winning property management and distribution software.

Guestline is also currently processing £3 billion a year in revenue for its customers and has facilitated over six million bookings for its clients each year.

It experienced particularly strong growth in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Ireland, Thailand and Australia.

This international growth has been driven by the opening of the business' new offices in Holland, Ireland, and Germany, that have been added to the existing operations in the UK and Asia.

Guestline CEO Andrew McGregor said: "Guestline continues to win in the independent hotel sector and sees strong growth as we expand into multiple international markets. This underpins our position as local hero and global champion for independent hoteliers."

The success of Guestline is not only reflected in its own performance but also in that of its clients.

Aviator by TAG hotels has seen a 13 per cent increase in revenue and 16 per cent uplift in ARR (Average Room Rates) since recently onboarding with Guestline. Rather than Aviator having to manually upsell to its prospective guests, Guestline's automated system has created a more efficient customer journey so staff can utilise their time on other pressing matters.

Hotel Tech Report, which focuses on unbiased, verified feedback from hoteliers, has also awarded Guestline "The People's Choice Award" for forging the best customer relationships in the hotel management system industry at the recent Hotel Tech Awards.

Jordan Hollander, co-founder of Hotel Tech Report, said: "The People's Choice Award goes to the single company across all categories who demonstrates the strongest customer relationships during the Hotel Tech Awards.

"Clients came out to support Guestline in droves for the 2018 competition - it has been incredible to see which testament to the customer support and product innovation behind the scenes.

"Guestline is the most popular PMS amongst our users and is rated number one within the hotel management system category. It is really no surprise that the system is now being picked up internationally and across new markets," he added.

Guestline is continuing to forge new partnerships within the independent hotel sector across British and international markets in 2019, as it seeks to develop more avenues into which the business can branch.
