Mexico: Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, the brand’s first hotel in Mexico, is scheduled to open in April.

The hotel will be located on the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula, Mexico.

Nobu Hotel Los Cabos will be a fusion of Japanese-Mexican influences. It will feature meetings and event spaces, a spa, running trail, private cabanas, shopping outlets and a variety of dining offerings, including a beachfront Nobu restaurant.

The restaurant will include Nobu's signature dishes, from rock shrimp tempura and miso black cod, to yellowtail sashimi with sliced jalapeno peppers. The property will also house a Malibu Farm restaurant, serving up simple, farm-to-table dining that is fresh, organic and locally sourced when possible.

In addition to Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, Nobu Hotels is also on track to welcome Nobu Hotel Barcelona, Nobu Hotel Chicago and Nobu Hotel Warsaw by 2020.
