Canada: Hotelogix has announced that the adoption of its PMS have helped The Luxus Boutique Hotel in St. John's, Canada to witness a 10 per cent increase in its revenue.

The management at the property adopted Hotelogix PMS, a leader in cloud-based Property Management Systems, in 2017. Since then, they have been able to automate the process of online inventory distribution quite efficiently.

Chris Woodley, general manager of The Luxus Boutique Hotel, said:  "Updating OTAs happens instantly now and so we don't not have an issue with overbooking through these channels."

The hotel has seen benefits like a 10 per cent increase in revenue, 20 per cent increase in OTA bookings and savings of man-hours weekly.

Before adopting Hotelogix, the management was manually handling operations at the property. Due to this, managing daily operations was a time-consuming process and led to errors. They couldn't access the property data on the go, and they had to be present at the property to keep track of everything. With Hotelogix's cloud system and mobile app, they are now able to manage and monitor everything on the smartphone.

Speaking about his experience with Hotelogix so far, Woodly added: "I've been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years now. And I've used plenty of software at different branded hotels. I can guarantee you that Hotelogix is the easiest software I've used."
