Kennebunkport Resort Collection hires Margaret Ybarra and Melissa Mitchell

US: Margaret Ybarra is the new director of marketing for the Kennebunkport Resort Collection (KRC) in Maine and Melissa Mitchell joins as content creator.

She will lead all marketing efforts and brand performance initiatives across the collection's nine hotels and six restaurants.

Melissa Mitchell will be responsible for digital and print content across KRC's portfolio.

With a decade of experience leading integrated digital marketing strategies, Margaret Ybarra brings well-rounded hospitality expertise and leadership to the position. She joins KRC from IMPACT Branding & Design where she was a principal marketing strategist. Previously she worked as the international sales and marketing manager for Namale Resort & Spa, a five-star boutique resort in Fiji, and prior spent five years with Focal55, a boutique digital agency with a focus on hospitality and travel.  She currently resides in South Portland, Maine.

In her new role with KRC, Melissa Mitchell draws on her previous experience as the marketing coordinator at Sea Bags of Portland, Maine. She is responsible for creating and distributing content for various KRC marketing needs, including across KRC's hotel and restaurant social channels. Mitchell lives in York, Maine.
