Ireland: The 94-bedroom design-led hotel, on the banks of the River Liffey, is set to open in Dublin by the end of the year.

Developed by Oakmount, features of the property include a Power Gym, The Bottle Boy Pub, The Green Dolphin Barber, The Mayson Bar, DIME Coffee, Ryleigh's Rooftop Restaurant, and The Tymberyard event space.

Formed of two protected structures, the buildings have been "sewn together" as part of the development. David O'Shea, from ODOS Architects, commented: "This exciting restoration project is a redevelopment of No.81 and No.82 North Wall Quay. Both buildings were in a dilapidated condition and had not been used in over two decades. The concept was to redevelop these striking unique buildings by drawing on their existing, inherent characters".

Inside the bedrooms, guests can find premium Irish toiletries from the Lake House brand, Samsung Smart TVs, record players. Smeg fridges, Dyson Hair Dryers, and more.

The Power Gym will include fitness facilities as well as a pool, sauna and steam room.

The Mayson, located close to the 3Arena and The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, sits across from The Maker Hotel which is set to become the first urban Anantara property in Europe.

The Mayson will be managed by the Press Up Entertainment Group, a leisure and hospitality company with interest in hotels, bars, restaurants, cinemas, venues and nightclubs.
