Boutique hotel breaks ground in Turks and Caicos

Turks and Caicos: Led by Beach Enclave Turks and Caicos, the 24-bed hotel is part of the second phase of Beach Enclave Long Bay - a collection of private villa resorts.

The Club Building will house the hotel, along with seven "club residences".

A rooftop wellness spa and lounge, a beachfront restaurant, a club pool, fitness centre and tennis court are to be featured.

Also included in the second phase of the project is four standalone beach houses, comprising three-to-four bedrooms.

"The Beach Houses provide a unique opportunity to own a freestanding beachfront home within a managed resort," said Vasco Borges, CEO of Beach Enclave. "Designed by acclaimed Brazilian architects Jacobsen Arquitetura, known for their trademark tropical design, each of the four Beach Houses showcase Beach Enclave's design ethos of holistic indoor and outdoor spaces at its best".

Beach Enclave's Turks and Caicos portfolio includes Beach Enclave North Shore, Beach Enclave Long Bay Phase 1, and Beach Enclave Grace Bay which is slated to debut in November 2020.
