US: Casetta Group, an emerging brand and hospitality management company for boutique hotels, unveils three projects to debut in 2020.

Casetta plans to bring a fresh perspective to each hotel, with property-wide renovations and new food and beverage concepts to The Pearl Hotel in San Diego, Casa Cody in Palm Springs, and Marina Resort in Big Bear.

The group aims to expand its 94-key portfolio by two hotels per year, and will work in partnership with Los Angeles-based architectural design studio, Electric Bowery.

About the hotels:

Marina Resort

As the only waterfront hotel on Big Bear Lake, a new yet-to-be-named lakefront restaurant is to be introduced as part of the renovation. Slated to launch in the spring of 2020, the resort will reclaim its original name, Marina Riviera.

Casa Cody

Founded in the 1920s by Harriet Cody, the 30-room property sits against the San Jacinto Mountains in downtown Palm Springs. The property-wide restoration is expected to be completed by late summer, 2020.

The Pearl

Built in the 1960s, The Pearl Hotel features 23-bedrooms that encircle an oyster-shaped pool. Alongside Electric Bowery, Casetta will consult its F&B partner, San Julian Hospitality, to restore the iconic hotel and its restaurant, Charles + Dinorah. Renovation is anticipated for completion in the winter of 2020.
