Ireland: Following an agreement between its owners, Deka Immobilien, and Minor Hotels, the Anantara brand will make its debut in Ireland.

The Marker Hotel is located in Grand Central Square, across from the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.

It comprises 166 deluxe rooms, 18 executive rooms, and three suites.

Other features include a ground floor lounge, cocktail bar and brasserie, a rooftop bar and garden, and a wellness spa with a 23-meter infinity pool.

The Marker will be relaunched as the first urban Anantara hotel in Europe, although the brand already operates as the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal and the Anantara Villa Padierna Palace in Marbella Spain.

According to the Irish Times, the "exact new name that will be given to the 187-bedroom hotel is not yet known".
