Criton teams up with GuestRevu

UK: The hotel app builder, Criton now offers a way for hoteliers and serviced apartment operators to gain guest feedback, having added GuestRevu's offer to its functionality.

The integration with the management review software GuestRevu, formally announced at the Hotel General Managers Conference in London, provides the means to gather essential feedback on the guest experience 'in-stay', and encourages guests to leave comments on key review sites, once their trip is concluded.

A survey form is added to the providers' app, tailored to each individual property. It allows guests to provide instant feedback and guest intelligence for hoteliers to improve the overall guest experience, pre, during and post stay.

Guests have the option to leave reviews on TripAdvisor straight from the survey, without the need to log in or create an account, and are invited to leave a Google review. The new functionality is already being embraced by existing Criton clients, including multi-award-winning hotel Dunstane Houses.
