Spain: PGA Catalunya has opened the 50-room LAVIDA Hotel.

LAVIDA Hotel is described as "an expertly designed, contemporary and convenient gateway for golf and activity enthusiasts looking to discover the natural beauty of the local area through offerings including golf, cycling, hiking, trekking, horse-riding trails, boat trips and gastronomy or walking tours of nearby historic Girona".

The hotel is located within the 300-hectare estate of the PGA Catalunya Resort. Each of its 50 rooms feature golf course views from private balconies, modern design details and specially designed golf storage areas.

The rooms, created by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio, feature "bright and stylish furnishings in shades of soft grey, and patterned tiles combined with polished concrete, whilst full-length glass windows echo PGA Catalunya Resort's overall design aesthetic of connecting the interiors with exteriors and bringing guests closer to nature".

The hotel restaurant, Bella's, offers "a social and laid-back atmosphere, where guests can unwind and socialise with other activity enthusiasts whilst enjoying classic Clubhouse menu offerings including pizza and pasta made with the freshest ingredients". Bella's features an extensive outdoor terrace with access to the swimming pool.
