Netherlands: The Dylan has launched new guest rooms designed by Dutch architect Paul Linse

The Dylan, Amsterdam has launched a new Amber Collection of guest rooms designed by Dutch architect Paul Linse of Studio Linse.

Linse worked in collaboration with the hotel to restyled 14 existing guest rooms to create the new luxury collection of guestrooms. Studio Linse worked previously with the hotel when it designed Bar Brasserie OCCO in 2016.

The rooms feature original features including carefully restored brick work, wooden beams and original ceilings. As part of the project Lise commissioned a number of custom-made contemporary pieces crafted from luxurious materials including marble, wood and antique brass.

General manager René Bornmann said: "We're incredibly proud of the new Studio Linse-designed Amber rooms which are an elegant and timeless fusion of 'the old and the new', fitting beautifully with the intimate and stylish feel of The Dylan. We pride ourselves on our passion for design, heritage and bespoke personal service and feel the addition of the new rooms showcase our continued commitment to be the best in contemporary Dutch Design."
