UK: Fleurets has announced the sale of Dean Court Hotel in London’s Bayswater

Leisure property specialist Fleurets has announced the sale of Dean Court Hotel in London's Bayswater.

The hotel has been operating for over 50 years. The previous proprietor ran the hotel for 40 years. It is located within close proximity to Hyde Park, and provides hostel accommodation, hotel rooms, and breakfast and kitchen facilities.

The 14 bedroom hotel has been acquired by Mr Usman, a private hotel operator.  Usman also owns Hartley Hotel in Forest Gate, E7 as well as Pasha Hotel on Camberwell Road, SE5. Having purchased the property's leasehold, the new owner intends to carry out an ongoing refurbishment programme. The leasehold hotel was marketed off a guide of £750,000.

Andy Frisby of Fleurets brokered the transaction. He said: "Central London continues to prove a competitive market and it is therefore no surprise that we received multiple offers for Dean Court Hotel. Subject to the relevant consents, this property has potential for the configuration of en suite facilities; so I am particularly excited to see the hotel evolve in the coming months."
