UK: Five-star hotel Fairmont St Andrews will welcome chef Cyrus Todiwala

Fairmont St Andrews has announced that it will welcome chef Cyrus Todiwala next month.

Todiwala will share his skills and knowledge in Asian cuisine with guests at an exclusive dinner and culinary masterclass.

He will create an exclusive menu for guests using fine local produce sourced in Scotland. As part of Fairmont St Andrews' commitment to sustainability, the menu will feature seafood from St Andrews Bay and East Neuk of Fife fishing villages, as well as seasonal produce from Fife and Tayside.

Chef Cyrus Todiwala said: "I'm truly looking forward to preparing my menu of pan-Indian dishes - all based around beautiful Scottish produce - with guests at Fairmont St Andrews, and to sharing my tips to on how to get the best out of Scottish produce during the masterclass. The team at the hotel are world-class and the stunning backdrop is the perfect location to host this unique gastronomic experience."
