Bustamante named interim GM at the Mayflower Inn

US: The Mayflower Inn & Spa in Washington, Connecticut, has named Marco Bustamante as interim general manager.

Bustamante was formerly hotel manager of Auberge's Chileno Bay Resort & Residences in Los Cabos, Mexico. Under his guidance, the 41-room resort earned numerous accolades from guests and the media, and its restaurant, COMAL, was acclaimed as one of the very best in the destination of Los Cabos.
Bustamante's leadership experience extends to Michelin-starred and AAA Five Diamond hotels in both resort and urban destinations, such as Washington D.C. and Chicago. Prior to that,  he ran award-winning restaurants as executive chef and F&B director.
He is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
