Williams takes GM role at The Highland Dallas

US: The Highland Dallas has announced the appointment of Jared Williams as general manager.

With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Williams is responsible for maintaining overall guest and employee satisfaction as well as the property's operations and performance.

He will oversee all aspects of the hotel and work closely with the property team "to create synergies and continue delivering unparalleled service and programming at the hotel".
"Jared brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of the luxury market to The Highland Dallas, and we are thrilled to welcome him as a member of the property team," said John Mazzoni, SVP of operations for management company Interstate Hotels. "As a proven leader in the hospitality industry, we are confident he will be instrumental to the ongoing success The Highland Dallas."
Williams joins The Highland Dallas following three years as GM of Magnolia Hotel in Dallas. Prior to that, he spent five years with Magnolia Hotel in Houston.
