US: Hotel Revival has named there new members of its property team

Hotel Revival, which is set to open in spring 2018 in Baltimore's historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, has announced the appointment of three new members to its property team.

The three new hires will lead the opening of the forthcoming 107-room boutique property. Beth Brainard has been named as General Manager, Andrea Richey as Director of Sales and Marketing and Bradley Daniels as Director of Food and Beverage.

Brainard will oversee the property's day-to-day operations. She launched her hospitality career over 13 years ago as a reservations agent with Destination Hotels. Most recently, Brainard was the General Manager for Aloft Charlotte Uptown at the EpiCentre. In addition to her role at Revival, Brainard is an East Coast Regional Ambassador for Two Roads Hospitality's Women in Leadership Network.

Richey will implement strategy for maximizing the hotel's revenue and business opportunities. She previously led the sales and marketing efforts for several hotel brands across the Southeast, including Davidson Hotels and Starwood Hotels. Prior to joining Revival, Richey was the Sales and Marketing Director at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center in Louisiana.

Daniels will lead the development of Revival's culinary experience, including overseeing the hotel's two restaurant and bar concepts:  Square Meal, the hotel's signature lobby-level restaurant and market, and Topside, the year-round rooftop restaurant and bar. Previously he directed the food and beverage programs at the Lord Baltimore Hotel, where he launched the city's first rooftop bar, and the W Hotel in Hoboken, where he began as F&B Manager and finished as Director of F&B at W New York.

Revival is the first Baltimore property under Two Roads Hospitality's Joie de Vivre brand.
