The Chester Grosvenor appoints guest relations manager

UK: Danielle Facer named as new guest relations manager at The Chester Grosvenor

The 5-star Cheshire hotel The Chester Grosvenor has named Danielle Facer as its first guest relations manager.

Facer was appointed after spending a year in the head receptionist's role. Working alongside the hotel manager, she will take direct responsibility for assisting guests with any requirements and liaising with the wider teams.

She will also be responsible for collating guest feedback and is fundamental to the smooth running operation of the hotel. She will daily monitor and respond to feedback that comes through online review sites and hotel survey responses.

General Manager, Richard Grove said: "[T]he appointment of a dedicated Guest Relations Manager ensures that every single guest receives that 'above and beyond' attitude that we are famed for. Danielle has thrown herself into the challenges of this newly created position with passion, energy and the determination to succeed.  Since her new role began, she has already introduced several new reports and strategies for extracting and sharing guest information that will help the team to enhance guest stays, and ensure a truly memorable experience."
