Nobu Hotel Shoreditch appoints Gigi Vega as regional director and GM

UK: Nobu’s first European hotel, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch, has announced the appointment of Gigi Vega as regional director and general manager.

UK: Nobu's first European hotel, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch, has announced the appointment of Gigi Vega as regional director and general manager.

Vega will oversee all of the operations at the 150-room London hotel, which opens in spring 2017, including the 240-seat restaurant and a forthcoming rooftop bar.

She joins from Nobu Caesars Palace where she was VP of luxury services and concurrently the general manager of Caesars Palaces' boutique accommodation. She has more than 25 years' industry experience, having established her career with InterContinental Hotels Group and then Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Vega said: "I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to be part of the team opening Nobu's first European outpost. Being in the creative hub of London is really exciting and we look forward to welcoming our guests this spring."

Nobu Hotel Shoreditch is recruiting for more than 200 positions across a variety of positions.
