SLH appoints Carsten Lima to EMEA sales role

UK: Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has appointed Carsten Lima to the newly created role of vice president of sales, EMEA.

UK: Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has appointed Carsten Lima to the newly created role of vice president of sales, EMEA.

Lima rejoins SLH at the company's London headquarters from his most recent role as area director Asia Pacific for Design Hotels.In his new role, Lima will lead SLH's sales strategy within EMEA, with ultimate responsibility for key EMEA sales accounts, developing the corporate sales segment and the sales events calendar.  He reports to Filip Boyen, CEO of SLH.

Lima previously worked with SLH in a senior sales role from 2010 to 2013 and is the third recent executive who has returned to SLH following stints elsewhere.
