Bespoke takes on Hallmark Hotels portfolio

UK: Bespoke Hotels has taken over management of the Hallmark Hotels portfolio, following Hallmark’s purchase by Topland.

The Hallmark portfolio consist of eight properties with 730 rooms across the UK, in Manchester, Bournemouth, Derby (two), Hull, Croydon, Carlisle and Gloucester. It has 600 employees.
 
The deal sees Bespoke Hotels - the UK's largest independent hotel operator - expand to 120 hotels across the world, having previously added 12 Menzies Hotels in late 2013.
 
Haydn Fentum, CEO of Bespoke, said: "we are delighted that Topland has completed this transaction. We look forward to both continuing our relationship with them and commencing work alongside the energetic and hardworking Hallmark team."
