US: The Kessler Collection group of boutique hotels is set to open four new properties by the end of 2015.

The new properties will be in Charleston, South Carolina; Birmingham, Alabama; Savannah, Georgia and Healdsburg, California.

In late 2014, the 50-room Bohemian Hotel Charleston will mark The Kessler Collection's first property in South Carolina. It will include an on-site Grand Bohemian Gallery, and a rooftop restaurant and terrace.

Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, in Birmingham's Lane Parke development, will also open in late 2014, while the company's third hotel development in Savannah will open in the redeveloped Georgia Power Plant in autumn 2015.

The Kessler Collection's first California hotel development is planned for downtown Healdsburg.

Richard Kessler, chairman and CEO of The Kessler Collection, said: "The Kessler Collection looks forward to creating new guest experiences in emerging markets through luxe accommodations with chic design, enriching ambiance and intuitive service. Delivering on our development strategy, we're thrilled to make extensive progress in creating inspiring places for guests in these popular destinations."

The new properties will take the Kessler Collection to 14 properties.
