UK: The former St John Hotel in London's Chinatown is due to reopen shortly.

The property will have 15 rooms, a bar and a restaurant. The Restaurant at One Leicester Street will be headed up by Tom Harris, formerly Head Chef of St John Chinatown, where in 2012 he gained a Michelin star; it will also serve breakfast and brunch every day.

Unlisted Collection has appointed Purple to manage the press and PR for the property, interiors are by Universal Design Studio, and branding is by A Practice for Everyday Life.

One Leicester Street will be the second Unlisted Collection property in London, joint the The Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green. The group also has properties in Singapore and Shanghai, and is opening a Sydney hotel next year.
