US:The Chancellor Hotel in downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas, has become the first hotel in the state to sign up to the Stash reward scheme.

Sage Stafford, director of guest services at The Chancellor Hotel, said: "Given the close proximity to large organizations like Wal-Mart (WMT), Tyson Foods (TSN), and the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville draws a steady stream of frequent business travellers. Joining Stash puts us in a position to compete for these travellers by coupling our true Southern hospitality with a rewards program that road warriors value."

"It's as if you somehow wandered into a New York City boutique hotel in the middle of Fayetteville, except everyone who works there has incredible Southern manners," said Jeff Low, founder and CEO of Stash Hotel Rewards. "And the location couldn't be better: a couple of blocks from Dickson Street - the town's epicentre - and Razorback football at the University of Arkansas."
