UAE: Dubai-based Hues Hotel Management Company has opened its second property, the H72 in Sharjah.

The company, owned by Bin Suloom Group, architecture and design firm Draw Link and Tierramar Management Consultancy, already operates the Hues Boutique Hotel, which opened in Dubai last year.

The 72-room property is a conversion of a 1990s residential building on the edge of Sharjah's Albuhayra corniche. It features a 92-seat banqueting area, private dining room, an all-day buffet, business centre, pool, gym and spa.

A spokesperson from the Draw Link Group said: "Walking into any of the suites at the H72, the first thing that strikes you is the simplicity and the straight forwardness of the contemporary lines. The design concept is clear: practicality and an open pragmatic scheme that is very pleasing to the eye. With each floor consisting of various types of modular and flexible suites that can cater to anything from single guests to whole families, each room contains the uppermost in quality on all the accessories and furnishings, with the measured use of stimulating and inspiring materials all the way from the floor to the ceiling."

Hues Hotel Management Company recently announced plans to open three hotels in the UAE by the end of this year.
