Amsterdam's Sir Albert joins Worldhotels
Netherlands: The 90-room Sir Albert in Amsterdam's De Pijp neighborhood is the latest Worldhotels member.
The property began life as a diamond factory in the 19th
century. Its rooms and suites were designed by BK architects and
feature vivid colours, Illy coffee machines, iPod docking stations,
Sir Albert's signature bedding collection, complimentary Wi-Fi and
views of downtown Amsterdam.
"Sir Albert brings a new dynamic to Amsterdam's hotel scene and we
are delighted to welcome it to Worldhotels," said Rob van der Beek,
senior director of hotel development. "We have big plans to grow
the Worldhotels' brand in The Netherlands and
securing Amsterdam's hottest new boutique hotel is another big step
for us."
